~We Love The Distance~

Look off into the distance

Not the distance our own estranged eyes fail to perceive,

or lack to comprehend –

The distance past vast purple mountains,

Encompassing intricate beauty;

Woven by God himself.

The distance deeper then blue subaqueous  waters.

Simply;

a distance we despise; however,

longing, and in definite search of.

Where our brain literally chases itself to the core with never-ending notions,

unattainable concepts

an unending battle

Defeat

You see,

We Love The Pursuit.

We Love The Distance.

The distance of our thoughts, fears, reasons, and tears.

The distance of our urges, desires, and lustful tryers.

The distance we loathe to ponder.

How funny it is,

We Are The Distance
